Shipping & Return Policy

All personalized styles including initials and names are Final Sale, and that includes single initial styles.

We offer Exchanges or Store Credit within 10 days of Delivery of Purchase. In order to be eligible for Exchange, an item must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the Original Packaging. 

Shipping Charges will be deducted from the credited amount of the item that was returned. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, hence it is non-refundable. 

MARIA RENÉ reserve the right to refuse if it is believed that an item purchased was intentionally damaged, altered, or used.

Cancellation Policy: Each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. 

How to make a Return: contact us at support@mariarenejewels.com for the process and allow 24 hours for a response. MARIA RENÉ is not responsible for return items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own.
